Update: Got some more great work done by the Bob auto team today (May, 2018). Bob even delayed his own medical appointment to ensure my car's job was completed and thorough. Bob told me to prepare for a steep bill but the price was several hundred less than I estimated in my head. Great service!
Bob has serviced all my Quebec vehicles, from my 1992 Honda Accord, to my 2011 Elantra. Bob auto has always honoured my apointments, and had been very accommodating to emergency drop off. I appreciate how they keep a detailed file of my vehicle to show my repair history. Would (and have) recommend.
Bob is a very personable guy. Never does work that doesn't have to be done and when it does, will let you know before he takes on any of that work.
